Klaus Richter

Klaus Richter is an experienced professional in the solar and training sectors, currently serving as Teamleiter Solar Academy and Trainings Specialist at BayWa r.e. Solar Distribution since December 2022. As the Inhaber of Smart Training Concepts since 2015, Klaus Richter has developed expertise in training and educational methodologies. Previous roles include Leiter Academy at Donauer from 2010 to 2013. Klaus Richter holds a Dipl.-Ing. (FH) in Elektrotechnik FB Elektrische Energietechnik from Technische Hochschule Nürnberg Georg Simon Ohm, along with degrees in Rationelle Energienutzung from GH Kassel, and certifications as a Business Trainer BDVT and a geprüfter Business Coach BDVT from Michl Group.
