Mario Braun

Mario Braun has a diverse work experience. Mario started as a Praktikant im Bereich Produktmanagement at BayWa r.e. Solar Distribution in 2012. Later, they worked as a Hilfswissenschaftler at Universitätsbibliothek from 2015 to 2017. In 2017, they joined BayWa r.e. Solar Distribution again, this time in the role of Logistik und Service, QM/Auftragsabwicklung. Mario also worked as a Praktikant im Bereich kriminologische Forschung at Institut Für Kriminologie for a short period in 2017. Mario's last role was at BayWa r.e. Solar Distribution, where they served as an HR Specialist from 2019 to 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Human Resources & Front Desk at the same company starting from October 2021.

Mario Braun earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Criminology from the University of Tübingen, where they studied from 2013 to 2018. Mario then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in HR and Talent Management at AKAD University from 2020 to 2022.
