Baywood Home Care is a Minnesota-based company that provides private in-home senior care so that elderly people can continue living at home, rather than moving to assisted living, or living in a nursing home. Baywood was founded in 2000 by Dorothy Muffett, who left a V.P. position in a consumer products company to begin a second career more focused on people.  From the beginning, Dorothy has said that our objectives as a company are to have Happy Clients, Happy Clients’ Families, and Happy Employees,  Fulfilling these objectives—each and every day—is our only focus.

Baywood offers flexible at home care for seniors: hourly care, 24-hour “live-in” care, and overnight care.  The company and its caregivers have extensive experience in Alzheimer’s care/dementia care/memory care.
