James Harrington

James Harrington serves as the Director of Business Development at BayWoods of Annapolis since April 2015, specializing in an upscale Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) in Maryland. Prior to this role, James worked from 2001 to 2014 as the Senior Marketing Director at Diakon Lutheran Social Ministries, where responsibilities included developing and executing strategic marketing plans for 14 CCRCs in Central Pennsylvania and Western Maryland, as well as leading a re-branding initiative. James holds a Master's Degree in Health Administration/Health Services Management from Eastern University, earned between 1991 and 1993.
