Ayman Kattan

Ayman Kattan is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Bayzat since March 2019, where the company is focused on automating HR, payroll, employee benefits, and insurance to improve workplace efficiency. Ayman also co-founded and co-hosts Hosheh MMA, a prominent combat sports podcast in the Middle East, starting in December 2020. Previous roles include Human Resources Director at kaykroo, Director of Recruitment & HR Advisory at ND & Associates, and Regional Manager for EMEA at HILL International Headquarters, among others. Ayman Kattan holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Organizational Psychology and Coaching from Heriot-Watt University and a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management from European University Cyprus.
