Safwan Youseph

Safwan Youseph is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and customer success within the HR and payroll domain. Currently serving as the VP of Product at Bayzat since July 2016, Safwan leads the HR & Payroll vertical and has successfully managed the development of B2B HR SaaS products, achieving consistent traction increases. Safwan's journey at Bayzat began as the first Customer Success Manager, establishing essential departmental processes and maintaining a low churn rate among Tier 1 accounts. Additional experience includes co-organizing ProductTank Dubai, and earlier roles in procurement and operations in the oil and gas sector. Safwan holds an MBA in International/Global Studies from Curtin University and a BBA in Entrepreneurship from Amity University Dubai.
