Florice Ye is the Director of Investments & Financing at Marlin Spring since February 2021. Prior to that, Florice worked as an Investment Analyst at Cadillac Fairview from 2019 to 2021. With a background as an Investment Analyst in Private Capital at Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan in 2018 and as an Analyst in Acquisition and Development at Tishman Speyer from 2016 to 2017. Florice holds a Master of Finance degree from Wilfrid Laurier University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Financial Management from Fudan University.
