Nicolas Arevalo is an experienced BIM/VDC professional currently serving as BIM/VDC Lead and BIM Coordinator at Marlin Spring since November 2021, where responsibilities include collaborating with the Mid & Hi-rise construction team, conducting Constructability Studies, managing Site Logistics, and reviewing Tenders and Quotes for various projects. Prior to Marlin Spring, Nicolas held positions as a BIM/VDC Coordinator at Madison Group of Companies and as a Digital Construction Coordinator at Tucker Hi-Rise Construction Inc. Further experience includes roles as a Project Coordinator at Gillam Group Inc. and Manager of Documentation at 777 Carpinters. Nicolas also worked as Research Student Lead at George Brown College, gaining practical exposure to BIM methods. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Technology in Construction Management, a Post-Secondary degree in BIM Management, and an Advanced Diploma in Architectural Technology/Technician from George Brown College.
