Currently serving as Co-Founder at Bazaa since July 2023, Thibault previously co-founded VOLY, a high-growth quick commerce startup, where leadership was demonstrated in managing a team of over 200 employees and securing $20M in Seed funding from Sequoia Capital between December 2020 and May 2023. Prior to that, Thibault was the Founder of Balto Logistics from August 2015 to March 2020, successfully partnering with industry leaders such as HelloFresh, YouFoodz, and Marley Spoon, and achieving over 1 million successful deliveries in fiscal year 2018.
