Carlota Berruezo has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Carlota began their career at Vocus, where they worked as a Support Analyst from February 2005 to February 2006. Carlota was then promoted to the role of Senior Support Consultant from February 2006 to March 2007. From there, they transitioned to the position of Professional Services Consultant at Vocus, where they worked from February 2007 to March 2011.

In 2011, Berruezo joined Innovative Systems, Inc. as a Senior Consultant EMEA. Their responsibilities included leading implementations and relationships with enterprise clients based in the Middle East and Europe. Carlota worked on introducing new procedures and best practices and collaborated with the operations and development teams to improve products and services. Carlota held this position until February 2012.

Since 2012, Berruezo has been working at Bazaarvoice. Carlota started as a Client Success Director from March 2012 to January 2014, managing communication and relationships with enterprise and complex customers in EMEA. Carlota then moved on to the role of Strategic Consultant from February 2014 to June 2015, where they provided strategic and tactical business consultancy to clients and delivered assessments and guidance for the development of recommended initiatives.

From June 2015 to May 2016, Berruezo served as the Manager of EMEA Strategic Services at Bazaarvoice. In this role, they led a team focused on programmatic delivery of client success, accountable for achieving the annual bookings target. Carlota worked on scaling the organization and services offerings to maximize client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Berruezo then served as the Director of Global Professional Services at Bazaarvoice from June 2016 to July 2017. Their responsibilities included establishing and developing processes and structures for the professional services organization.

In August 2017, Berruezo transitioned to the role of Director of Strategic Services EMEA, where they worked until September 2020. Their role involved overseeing strategic services in the EMEA region and driving client success.

Currently, Berruezo holds the position of Chief of Staff, Revenue EMEA at Bazaarvoice. Carlota has been in this role since October 2020.

Carlota Berruezo's education history is as follows:

In 2000 to 2002, Carlota attended ESIC Business & Marketing School, where they obtained a HND in Business (Information Technology). Their field of study included programming, data bases, system analysis and design, business management, and accounting.

From 2002 to 2004, Carlota studied at the University of Portsmouth and graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Internet Technology. During their studies, they gained knowledge in HTML, XML, RSS, Java, C++, Perl, Linux, and Windows network administration.

In 2011, Carlota attended Innovative Systems, Inc. and completed the CSSI Professional Sales Training Course.

In 2012, Carlota pursued further education at Econsultancy. Carlota obtained a Certificate of Continuing Professional Development in Creativity and Innovation in Mobile. Additionally, they completed a Certificate of Continuing Professional Development in Social Engagement Strategy - Advanced Workshop, focusing on social strategy.

Finally, in 2014, Carlota attended VitalSmarts and received a Crucial Accountability Certificate of Completion, specializing in successfully creating accountability.
