Apart from their corporate experience, Kari co-owned and managed Feisty Goat Coffee Roasters, LLC, where they focused on providing high-quality coffee to customers. Kari oversaw operations and product development, ensuring a wide range of coffee options were available to cater to different tastes.

Kari began their professional journey as a WebSphere User Group Intern at IBM in 2010.
