Lori Carnaghi

Lori Carnaghi has over 14 years of experience in order management and operations. Lori is currently working as an Order Management Specialist II in Finance Operations at Bazaarvoice since August 2020.

Prior to that, they worked at Cloudera from August 2019 to February 2020 as an Operations Specialist - Entitlement Provisioning, where they streamlined operations, managed customer email notifications, and maintained customer entitlements to ensure customer satisfaction.

From January 2014 to July 2019, they worked at Lifesize, initially as an Order Management Representative before being promoted to Sr. Order Management Representative. In these roles, they implemented new solutions and processes, oversaw shipping guidelines and compliance, and evaluated and processed global purchase orders. Lori began their career at CoVi Technologies as a Sales Order Administrator from March 2006 to December 2007. In this role, they directed successful orders, managed the supply chain, and implemented cost savings initiatives.
