Margaret Minter has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Margaret began their career at Applied Materials in 1995 as a Product Structure Engineer and Platform Manager. Margaret then joined Dell in 1999 and held several positions including PMO Director, Director of Engineering, Director of Online Customer Experience and Quality, and finally Chief of Staff for Global Configuration Services. In 2014, they transitioned to Bazaarvoice where they initially served as Senior Director for Client Experience and Program Management before becoming the Vice President of Business Technology and Operations.

Margaret Minter completed their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin from 1988 to 1993. Margaret then pursued a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder between 1993 and 1995.

In 1998, Margaret enrolled at St. Edward's University to pursue an MBA with a focus on eCommerce, which they completed in 2001.

In addition to their formal education, Margaret Minter also obtained two certifications. Margaret obtained an NPS2 Certification from Satmetrix in November 2015. Furthermore, Margaret obtained a Six Sigma Green Belt certification in 2001, although the institution from which they obtained it is unknown.
