Mark Sweeney is an experienced Agile Coach and Technical Program Manager with a demonstrated history of facilitating lean-agile practices across various organizations. Currently at Bazaarvoice since July 2022, Mark enables Product and Engineering teams to deliver incremental value and validate Minimal Viable Products. Prior experience includes coaching at the enterprise level for Allstate Northern Ireland, where Mark established an Agile Center of Excellence and led initiatives as a Scrum Master and Senior Project Manager. With a background in project management and engineering roles spanning companies such as Capita, Nortel, and Ford Motor Company, Mark holds an MSc in Computer Science from Queen's University Belfast and a BTech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Ulster University.
