Mekha Kumar

Mekha Kumar has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Mekha is currently working as a Human Resources Business Partner at Bazaarvoice since January 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Boeing as an International HR Business Partner from January 2020 to July 2020. From April 2017 to December 2019, Mekha worked at Zebra Technologies as a Country HR. At Target, they held the roles of HR Business Partner from October 2013 to December 2016, and Senior Executive Human Resources from October 2012 to October 2013. Mekha started their career at Mindtree as a Senior Associate, where they were responsible for various HR functions such as attrition management, employee engagement, performance management, exit management, retention, rewards & recognition, and disciplinary action, among others. Mekha also worked at Accenture in India as a Senior Assistant and at VNV Consulting as an Associate Consultant.
