Nitin Buty is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in global services, professional services, and customer education. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Global Services at Bazaarvoice since March 2022, Nitin previously held significant roles at Zendesk as Vice President of Professional Services, where responsibilities included overseeing global Professional Services, Training and Education, and the Partner Ecosystem. Nitin's background also includes serving as Senior Director of Global Services and Alliance Leader at Zuora, along with various senior leadership positions at Akamai Technologies over a decade, where contributions spanned multiple service lines and customer support functions. Educational credentials include an Executive program in Leadership and Management from Stanford University, a Master’s in Information Systems from Arizona State University, and a Bachelor of Engineering from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology.
