Rita Bringa

Rita Bringa has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Rita worked as an SME/Delivery Operations Specialist at Bazaarvoice from March 2023, and prior to that, they held the position of Delivery Operations Analyst from January 2022. From 2019 to 2021, Rita worked at HCL Technologies as a Quality Assurance Compliance Specialist. Before that, they had roles at Barclays Group Operations Lithuania, where they served as a Corporate Trainer from December 2017 to April 2019 and as a Senior Technical Support Specialist from September 2016 to December 2018. Rita also worked as a Tourism Information Consultant at MEET RIGA / Riga Tourism Development Bureau in 2015. Rita has experience as an Organizer and Trainer at Club "The House" - Youth for United Europe, handling team building trainings and organizational and event management functions. Rita also served as a Project Manager during the Hitchhiking laboratory project under the program Youth in Action. Additionally, they had internship roles at Oporto Adventure Tours and Guesthouse "Ausmas", where they gained experience in public relations and project coordination. Rita Bringa has a diverse education history. Rita obtained their Professional Bachelor's degree in Tour guide- travel and event manager from Vidzemes Augstskola / Vidzeme University of Applied Sciences from 2011 to 2015. During their time there, they also pursued another professional Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management at Universidade da Maia - UMAIA from 2013 to 2014. Before attending university, Rita studied Hospitality at Riga Food Producers Vocational School from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a degree as a Hospitality services specialist.

In addition to their formal education, Rita has also obtained various certifications. In 2023, they obtained the ITIL Foundation Level certification from PeopleCert. In 2022, they completed a certification in Agile - IT Project Management from Riga Coding School. In 2019, they acquired the Coaching Skills for Leaders and Managers certification as well as the Ram Charan on Coaching High Potentials certification, both from LinkedIn.
