Roman Heigl has a diverse work experience and has held various roles in different companies. Roman started their career as a Working Student at Consorsbank in 2012, where they worked in eCommerce. In 2014, they joined Siemens as a Working Student in Sales for the Middle East and Africa region. Roman then became a Consulting Intern at SMP AG Strategy Consulting in 2015. In the same year, they joined Junior Consulting Team e.V. as a Consultant and later became the Chairman.

In 2016, Roman joined Vodafone Business as an Associate Business Account Manager and later became a National Business Account Manager. During their time at Vodafone, they helped manage the TechComms of multinational corporations and played a role in transforming their business with connectivity, real-time analytics, and cloud computing.

In 2022, Roman joined Zscaler as a Regional Sales Manager, where they were responsible for serving large enterprise clients and assisting them in up-leveling their security profile in the cloud and mobility landscape. Roman played a critical role in improving user experience, reducing costs, and enabling sustainable practices.

Currently, Roman is working at Bazaarvoice as an Account Executive for Content Activation Services. Roman'smain role involves helping global companies capture, analyze, and amplify the voice of their customers to drive consumer engagement and sales in their online business. Bazaarvoice is a platform that collects and analyzes customer opinions, questions, and experiences about products.

Overall, Roman has gained significant experience in sales, consulting, and account management in various industries such as technology, telecommunications, and consulting.

Roman Heigl completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Economics from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg, starting in 2011 and finishing in 2016. In 2013, they also studied International Business at Shanghai University for a year. In February 2019, they obtained certification in the "Vodafone Way of Selling," which was awarded by Miller Heiman Group.
