Seda N. has a diverse work experience spanning from 2008 to 2023. Seda started their career as a Communications Officer at Staatsbosbeheer and worked there for three years. Seda then moved on to Accor, where they held the positions of Assistant Manager and later Guest Relations Manager. After that, they worked as a Marketing Coordinator at Charleston Symphony Orchestra and then as a Sales Manager at South Carolina Aquarium. In 2021, Seda joined Pavilion as an Associate and later joined Felux as a Customer Success Manager. Seda also served as the Customer Success Team Lead at Felux. Currently, Seda is working as a Client Success Manager at Bazaarvoice.
Seda N. obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Communication and Information Sciences from the University of Groningen from 2003 to 2005. Seda then pursued a Master's Degree in International and Intercultural Communication at the same university from 2005 to 2007. During the same period, they also obtained a Master's Degree in Ciencias de la Comunicacion from Universidad de la República from 2005 to 2006. Prior to their Bachelor's degree, they completed a Propedeuse program in Roman Languages and Cultures - Art History at the University of Groningen from 2001 to 2003.
In addition to their academic qualifications, Seda N. has also obtained several certifications. Seda received the certification of Certified Customer Success Leader from Gainsight in January 2023. In October 2022, they completed the CSM School program provided by Pavilion. Seda also achieved the certification of Certified Customer Success Management Professional - Level 4 from Practical CSM in September 2022. Earlier, in July 2022, they completed the Frontline Sales Manager School program offered by Pavilion.
