Mairan Brodbar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in deal flow consulting and innovation. Currently serving as a Deal Flow Consultant at HiFund since October 2023, Mairan specializes in scouting and screening early-stage startups across diverse sectors, including digital health and environmental innovation. As a Portfolio Innovation Consultant at BAZAN Group Oil Refineries Ltd since May 2019, Mairan played a pivotal role in establishing the company's innovation division and driving impactful projects. Mairan also contributes as a mentor at Yahalom Foundation and Adelson School of Entrepreneurship, focusing on empowering individuals in their personal and professional lives. Previously, Mairan held key leadership positions such as Director at CredSCore and CEO of Gemix Partners, further demonstrating expertise in credit risk management and investment strategies. Mairan holds an MBA in Marketing and a BA in Economics from Tel Aviv University.
