Artyom Sokolov

Artyom Sokolov is a seasoned technical professional with extensive experience in software development and technical leadership. Currently serving as Technical Lead at bazarr.ai since April 2025, Artyom previously held the position of Senior Developer at yad2 from September 2021 to April 2025, where key contributions included the architecture of the personal area, development of an automatic ad approval engine, and leadership of the AI tags project. Prior to that, Artyom was self-employed at applicazza from February 2017 to August 2021, focusing on mobile applications, websites, and automation tools, as well as managing deployments on AWS. Earlier experience includes senior development roles at Holy Top Media LTD., developer work at SaveIT LTD. and Israel Defense Forces, and initial development experience at UZINFOCOM. Artyom holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics and Microelectronics from Tashkent State Technical University, obtained in 2007.
