Viviane Mendonça

Viviane Mendonça is a seasoned UX professional with extensive experience in various roles related to user experience and design. Currently serving as a UX Lead, UX Strategist, and Design Ops specialist at BB Tecnologia e Serviços since June 2015, Viviane focuses on structuring UX processes and promoting a culture of user-centered design throughout the organization. Previous roles include corporate educator, UX researcher, and user experience analyst, where there was significant collaboration with stakeholders and emphasis on active learning methodologies. Viviane has also held positions at Accenture, Juice Comunicação Concentrada, Taggus Tecnologia & Outsourcing, and others, gaining expertise in web design, visual programming, and content management. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Strategic Management in UX Design from ESPM and a degree in Graphic Design from Estácio, complemented by a background in Information Technology with a focus on Systems Analysis.
