Xavier Mayol Canals

Xavier Mayol Canals is a corporate development expert with extensive experience in the field of mergers and acquisitions, financing, and strategic management. Currently serving as Corporate Development Director at B&B Trends Group since May 2019, Xavier has led the expansion process of the small home appliance group through M&A operations, subsidiary creation, and post-integration efforts. Previously, Xavier co-founded and served as CEO of Metric Advisors, focusing on consulting services to optimize inventory management in the Horeca sector. Additional experience includes managerial roles in M&A Transaction Advisory Services at Deloitte and senior auditing at PwC España. Xavier holds a Master's degree in Financial Management and Accounting from UPF-IDEC and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Universitat Pompeu Fabra.
