Bassem Zebian has hands-on technical support experience from working at BBAC as a Technical Support Engineer since February 2009. Prior to that, Bassem worked at IDS as a Desktop Support Specialist from September 2005 to January 2009. Bassem has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Notre Dame University - Louaize (NDU) graduated in 2005. Bassem is skilled in creating user accounts, providing support and advice on bank applications, troubleshooting computer hardware and software, establishing network infrastructure, data backup, security measures, and maintenance of network printers and scanners.
