Michael Caruso

Michael Caruso is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as CFO Undercar at BBB Industries, LLC since September 2022, Michael previously held the position of CFO at Remy Automotive Europe BVBA from September 2021 to September 2022. Prior roles include VP Finance/Global Controller at Brake Parts Inc LLC, where Michael contributed significantly to the automotive aftermarket segment from March 2013 to September 2021. Michael’s career also encompasses key financial positions at Affinia Group, Fortune Brands Storage and Security, Master Lock Company, JC Whitney, and Crane Plumbing, showcasing a strong expertise in financial management and operational oversight. Michael obtained a BBA in Finance from Western Illinois University and started education at Joliet Junior College.
