Harley Bledsoe has a diverse background in IT and communications, beginning with service as a Radioman in the US Navy from July 1988 to January 2000. Following military experience, Harley held various IT management roles, including IT Manager at ReedSmith from January 2000 to 2002, IT Manager at BellSouth DC Inc from February 2002 to July 2007, and Director of IT at the American Chemistry Council from July 2007 to December 2012.
