David G. currently serves as Counsel at Aspire Strategist Portfolios LLC since May 2024 and is a Volunteer Arbitrator for the Better Business Bureau's AutoLine program since September 2023. David is an approved Arbitrator for FINRA and has been involved with the organization since July 2020. Previous roles include serving on the Board of Advisors for LGO from April 2019 to December 2020 and holding various senior legal positions at S&P Global Ratings, including Executive Managing Director and Chief Legal Officer from January 2015 to May 2018. David has also worked at Muzinich & Co as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer, and at Mercer as Global Head of Solutions Management for Investments, overseeing extensive legal services. Earlier experience includes deputy roles at UBS Global Asset Management and Lazard Asset Management, focusing on legal and compliance matters across various investment sectors. David holds a JD, cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and a BA, magna cum laude, in Politics from Brandeis University.
