Mechele Mills

Mechele Mills, MBA, currently serves as the President and CEO of the Better Business Bureau serving Central East Texas, a position held since September 2009, where strategic direction and oversight of marketing, programs, and financial accountability are key responsibilities. Mills is the public spokesperson for marketplace issues and has launched initiatives such as the Community Relief Fund to support local businesses in times of disaster. Prior experience includes roles as a Personal Trainer and Indoor Cycling Instructor at Premier Fitness, Director of Administration at Smith County Appraisal, and Producer at KYTX, showcasing a diverse background in management, communication, and operational functions. Mills holds a Master of Business Administration from Baylor University and a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations from the University of Texas at Tyler.
