Alexander Fürst

Alexander Fürst has a diverse work experience in the shipping industry. Alexander joined BBC Chartering in 2020 and has held the positions of Senior Chartering Manager from March 2020 to February 2023, and then Chief Chartering Officer from March 2023 to the present. Prior to that, they worked at ZEAMARINE as Head of Chartering Asia & Oceania from September 2018 to February 2020. Alexander also worked at Intermarine, LLC as a Chartering Manager from July 2012 to September 2018. Earlier in their career, they held internships at König & Cie and Atlasship & Partner A/S in 2011 and 2010 respectively.

Alexander Fürst attended Solent University from 2009 to 2012, where they obtained a BSc (Hons) degree in Maritime Business.
