Rachel Ledet

Rachel Ledet has a strong background in footwear design and product development. Rachel started their career at Aerosoles in 1997, where they held various roles in footwear pre-production, product development, and trend forecasting. Rachel later joined The Children's Place as the Footwear Design Director, leading the footwear division's expansion and integration with apparel. From there, they moved to Sears Holding Company, where they served as the Footwear Director, leading design and product development for women's, men's, and kids' footwear. Rachel'sresponsibilities at Sears also included building in-house design capabilities and driving cross-category integration. Currently, Rachel is the Head of Kids' Product at BBC International LLC, where they oversee private label and licensed businesses, and is responsible for footwear design and product development.

Rachel Ledet has completed the Continuing Education Program at the Fashion Institute of Technology, focusing on Design Room Techniques, Fabric Studies, and Footwear Design. Rachel has also earned a Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Arts degree from Northeastern University, where they participated in a five-year dual degree program in Business and Psychology.
