Laura Kennett

Laura Kennett is an experienced professional in the People and Culture domain, currently serving as the Head of People & Culture at BBC Maestro since August 2022, where the focus is on supporting the growth of the e-learning platform by attracting and developing talent. Previous roles include serving as a People & Culture Consultant at Projects by IF, Head of People Experience at Bakken & Bæck, and Head of People at Projects by IF, where efforts concentrated on creating human-centered workplace environments. Prior to these positions, Laura worked as People Lead at ustwo, facilitating effective workplace solutions across a global digital product studio, and as an International Assignment Analyst at ConocoPhillips, managing HR policies for an expatriate population. Laura Kennett holds a Master of Arts in Digital Management from Hyper Island, completed in February 2023.
