Azfar Hasib

Azfar Hasib has over 25 years of experience in Human Resources. Azfar began their career in 1995 as an HR Representative at DLF Industries Limited, Energy Systems Division. In 1996, they moved to Escorts Limited as Manager of HRD, where they were responsible for performance and reward management for 1300+ employees. In 2000, they were appointed Head of HR for India Operations at Churchill Insurance IDC (Royal Bank of Scotland). In 2004, they joined Virage Logic as Director HR/Head of HR, where they were a business partner to the leadership team and people managers. In 2010, they became Director HR/Head of HR at Cavium Inc, where they led the business in formulating the global HR strategy and annual goals. In 2018, they joined Marvell Semiconductor (through Cavium acquisition) as Director Global HR Operations, where they managed international legal entity consolidation/integration, employment transfers, and restructuring/RIF. In 2019, they became Head of HR, North America at BYTON. In 2021, they were appointed Head of HR at SS8 Networks and Head of People & Culture at SiMa.ai, a machine learning company.

Azfar Hasib completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations, as well as an MBA in Human Resources, from Xavier Institute of Social Service between 1993 and 1995.
