Katie Leveson

Katie Leveson has a diverse work experience that spans across various industries. Katie currently holds the position of Culture and Transformation Director at BBC Studioworks, starting in April 2021. Prior to this, they served as HR Director at Universal Pictures International Entertainment from April 2017 to April 2021. Before that, they worked at BBC Worldwide, where they were HR Business Partner from August 2015 to April 2017, and Talent and Organizational Development Manager from July 2013 to September 2015. Katie also gained consultancy experience as a Consultant at PA Consulting Group from June 2012 to July 2013. Additionally, they worked as a Consulting Psychologist at Hanover Executive Ltd from February 2010 to June 2012, assisting clients from various sectors with performance improvement. Katie began their professional career at Merck Serono, where they held roles as an Account Manager from September 2005 to September 2008, achieving notable success in sales, and as a Key Account Manager, focusing on neurology pharmaceuticals.

Katie Leveson completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Bristol in 2004. Following this, they pursued a Masters degree in Occupational and Organisational Psychology from the University of Surrey, which they successfully completed in 2009.
