Bridget Houghton

Bridget Houghton is an independent professional pension trustee and non-executive director, currently serving on the boards of the Barclays UK Retirement Fund, John Lewis Partnership Trust for Pensions, and the BBC Pension Scheme. Previously, they held significant leadership roles, including Managing Director of Pensions and Benefits at Barclays and Head of Pensions and Benefits for EMEA at JPMorgan. Houghton began their career as a consulting actuary at Mercer and later served as the European Benefits Director for Black Mountain Group. They earned a BSc in MORSE from the University of Warwick.
