Caroline Hammond

Caroline Hammond is an experienced Senior Service Manager at BBC, serving since February 2016, and has previously held roles such as Exit & Transition Specialist. Prior to joining BBC, Caroline worked at Northgate Public Services from October 2011 to February 2016 as a Transition Manager, where responsibilities included managing the transition of new Infrastructure and Application Contracts and facilitating key stage reviews to ensure service continuity. Earlier in the career, Caroline was a Service Delivery Manager at Steria from 2003 to 2011. Noteworthy achievements include managing a multi-stream transition for a West Midlands based Borough Council, which involved the virtualization of an entire physical estate and subsequent migration to a managed datacenter.
