Eva Petrova

Eva Petrova is an accomplished professional in the field of design research and user experience, currently serving as the Creative Director - Design Research at BBC since June 2023. Prior to this role, Eva held the position of UX Research Lead at Meta from April 2022 to June 2023 and contributed significantly as Principal Designer & UX Research Community Lead at Co-op from January 2018 to April 2022, also serving as Lead User Researcher. Eva's career includes a role as Research & Insight Manager at Code Computerlove and extensive experience as Research Manager and Innovations Manager at Join the Dots, a consumer insight agency. Eva holds a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Marketing from The University of Salford.
