Heather Palmer

Heather Palmer is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Human Resources Business Partner for Culture Employee Relations & Policy at BBC, Heather leads employment policy and cultural initiatives. As the Founder and Director of KaleidoPeople.com, focus is on inspiring individuals and communities through organizational design and development. Previous roles include HR Strategic lead at Police Service of Northern Ireland, where Heather managed transformative change programs, and Senior Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers, specializing in recruitment and selection. Early career experience includes positions at Marks and Spencer in regional HR management. Heather holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Public Policy from Queen's University Belfast and a First-Class BA in Human Resource Management and Marketing from the University of Stirling.
