Kerris Bright is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive leadership experience across several prominent organizations. Since May 2017, Kerris has served as a Member of the Council at the Marketing Group of Great Britain, while simultaneously holding the position of Chief Customer Officer at BBC since June 2018. Previous roles include Chief Marketing Officer at Virgin Media (2015-2018), and CMO at Ideal Standard International BVBA, where significant transformation initiatives were undertaken. Kerris also held leadership positions at British Airways, AkzoNobel, and Unilever, contributing to high-level marketing strategies and organizational transformations. Education includes a PhD in Molecular Neuroscience from the University of Sussex, obtained between 1985 and 1991.
