Mark M.

Mark M. has extensive experience in technology leadership, primarily at the BBC since October 1993, where Mark currently serves as Head of Technology Resilience and Technology Programme Director. In these roles, Mark M. oversees the delivery of significant technology programmes by collaborating with industry leaders and suppliers. Previously, Mark M. headed the Business Continuity & Crisis Management function, working with senior executives and governmental agencies. Additional roles within the BBC included Head of Service Delivery & Assurance and Technology Direction Manager, with a focus on technology project management and strategy. Earlier career experience includes a position as Systems Analyst at Ford. Mark M. holds an MSc in Information Systems and a degree in Computer Information Systems Design, Network Management, and HCI Design from Kingston University.
