Sahar Zand

Sahar Zand is a highly experienced television and radio reporter with a strong background in global foreign affairs and impactful storytelling. Currently serving as a television reporter for Channel 4 since 2017 and a BBC television reporter/presenter since 2015, Zand has produced both short and long-form content across various platforms, contributing to several viral pieces. In addition, Zand has hosted radio programs for BBC, including prominent shows on Radio 4, and presented a weekly series for VICE News exploring global conflicts. Past roles include investigative reporting for ITV and podcast hosting for the Vespucci Group, alongside previous multimedia reporting for BBC Persian. Zand began a career in 2011 on various Middle Eastern channels, showcasing expertise in lifestyle and entertainment programming. Zand holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Architecture and Interior Design from the University of Kent.
