Tom Nguyen has cultivated a diverse career in project management and change management across various organizations. Beginning as a Project Assistant at Radar Music Videos, Tom progressed to an IT Project Manager role at Mountain Warehouse, where responsibilities included coordinating digital projects and managing agile development teams. At Portsmouth City Council, Tom served as a Project Officer, focusing on the management of digital IT community projects and facilitating educational workshops. Subsequently, Tom held multiple titles at the Parliamentary Digital Service, ultimately becoming the Change and Engagement Lead. Currently, Tom Nguyen is a Senior Change Manager at BBC, continuing to drive change initiatives within the organization.
