Zoe Hayes

Zoe Hayes is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in safety, health, and governance roles. Currently serving as the Head of SSR (Safety and Safeguarding) at BBC since December 2020 and as a Non Executive Director for the Commonwealth Games Wales since April 2023, Zoe also holds a position as a Guest Lecturer at the University of Birmingham, focusing on ESG. Previous roles include serving as a Non Executive Director for Welsh Rowing from November 2018 to April 2023 and working at IMG as a Senior Health & Safety Advisor until December 2020. Zoe's academic credentials include an Executive MBA from Cranfield School of Management and a degree in Leadership and Change from The London School of Economics and Political Science, complemented by NEBOSH qualifications in Occupational Health and Safety.
