Kimberly Brown

Kimberly Brown has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Kimberly started their career as the Co-Founder & Managing Editor at neonV Magazine in 2011, where they were responsible for supervising the magazine staff, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring timely publication. In 2011, they also joined ARLINGTON CAPITAL PARTNERS LLP as a Senior Executive Assistant, where they gained experience in marketing and human resources management. Kimberly worked at ARLINGTON CAPITAL PARTNERS LLP for six years before moving on to BBDO Atlanta in 2018. At BBDO Atlanta, Kimberly initially worked as a People Administrator and then transitioned to the role of People Associate, where they managed employee onboarding, maintained accurate employee records, and fostered a positive culture through communications and activities. In 2020, they advanced to the position of People Specialist at BBDO Atlanta, taking on additional responsibilities such as end-to-end recruiting, payroll management, and participation in various agency meetings. Kimberly's most recent work experience is as a People Operations Specialist at Guided By Good, a position they started in 2022.

Kimberly Brown obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of South Carolina, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. After working for a few years, they pursued a Master's Degree in General Human Resource Management from Capella University. Kimberly attended Capella University from 2013 to 2015.
