Peter Bunarek

Peter Bunarek has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles. Peter served as the Chief Executive Officer at BBDO Atlanta since December 2020, prior to which they were the Managing Director from February 2017 to December 2020. Before joining BBDO Atlanta, Peter worked at JWT as the Senior Partner and Group Account Director from April 2000 to April 2006. Peter also worked at General Motors as the National Advertising Coordinator for Saturn Corporation from January 1995 to April 2000. Peter is a recent graduate of Leadership Atlanta, where they participated in a nine-month executive-level series that focused on exploring critical community issues, self-reflection as a leader, and building relationships of trust and understanding.

Peter Bunarek has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Michigan. In 2013, they attended Babson College for the Omnicom University - Advanced Management Program (AMP). Additionally, they obtained a certification as a Facebook Certified Creative Strategy Professional from Facebook in August 2020.
