Francine Kahn-Gonzalez started their career in 2005 as a Group Account Director at BBDO Guerrero / Proximity Philippines. Francine then moved on to become a Client Service Director at BBDO Guerrero in 2008. In 2010, they took on the role of General Manager at BBDO Guerrero / Proximity Philippines and eventually became the Managing Director in 2012.

From 1991 to 1995, Francine Kahn-Gonzalez attended De La Salle University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing Management.
