Alex Cuevas

Alex Cuevas has extensive work experience in talent management and recruitment. They began their career at DDB, where they held several roles including Recruiting Associate, Recruiter, Talent Manager, and Director of Talent & Recruitment. In 2021, they worked as the Head of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Omnicom Commerce Group and later held the position of Senior Director of Talent Management at TracyLocke. Currently, Alex is serving as the Vice President, Talent Director at BBDO Worldwide and will soon transition to the role of Senior Vice President, Director of Talent.

Alex Cuevas holds a Diversity and Inclusion Certificate from Cornell University. They also completed the 2021 i'mPART Fellow program at The Advertising Club of New York. Additionally, Alex has a Bachelor's Degree from Fordham University, and their high school education was obtained at The International School Nido de Aguilas.
