Shahnaz Shroff

Shahnaz Shroff has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Shahnaz currently holds the role of EVP, Senior Director at BBDO Worldwide since May 2022. Prior to that, they were a Senior Vice President, Senior Director at the same company starting from August 2019. Shahnaz also worked as an SVP, Group Account Director at MullenLowe Group from June 2018 to June 2019. Shahnaz has held various positions at BBDO Worldwide, including Senior Vice President, Global Account Director from April 2017 to June 2018, and VP, Account Director from March 2012 to June 2018. Shahnaz started their career as a Manager (Account Supervisor) at BBDO New York from September 2010 to February 2012. Before entering the advertising industry, Shahnaz worked as an Account Supervisor at The Gate Worldwide from January 2006 to September 2010. Shahnaz also has experience in marketing and sales at Rodale Inc. from 2005 to 2006. Additionally, Shahnaz has a background in performing arts, having worked as a Performing Arts Director at Courtyard Private School from 2003 to 2005 and as an Artistic Associate at Sacramentro Theatre Company from 2003 to 2005. Shahnaz started their career as a Lecturer in Theatre at UCDAVIS from 2001 to 2003.

Shahnaz Shroff earned a BA in English Literature from the University of Mumbai, where they studied from 1998 to 2001. Shahnaz then pursued a MFA in Theatre at the University of California, Davis from 2001 to 2003.
