John Massaad

John Massaad is an accomplished Information Technology Executive with extensive experience in leading IT transformation and digitization initiatives. Currently, John serves at BBE, focusing on IT leadership since June 2021. Previously, John was the Chief Information Officer at Byblos Bank Group, where responsibility included overseeing the bank's IT strategy, technology, and operations from 2018 to 2021. Prior to that, John held various senior roles at TD from 2010 to 2017, including leadership in mobile architecture, ATM channel technology, and project management for digital channels. Earlier experience includes senior project management at American Express and co-founding Vedas, specializing in e-payments. John's career began with ITG Holding, managing payment-related project implementations, following initial roles as a developer and systems analyst in France. John holds a Master's Degree in Management & Information Technology from Aix-Marseille Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from EPSIL.
