Maya Ziadeh

Maya Ziadeh has extensive work experience in the banking industry. Maya is currently the Deputy Head of Compliance at BBE since June 2023. Prior to that, they worked at First National Bank Lebanon from 2013 to 2022, with roles including Head of AML, Assistant Head of AML, and Assistant Branch Manager. From 2007 to 2013, Maya worked at Byblos Bank Group as a Branch Management Authorizer and Compliance Officer.

Maya Ziadeh's education history is as follows:

Maya Ziadeh obtained an Executive Master in Business Administration (EMBA) from Université La Sagesse, specializing in Business Administration and Management, General. This degree was earned from 2010 to 2013.

In addition, Maya Ziadeh holds a Master's degree in Biology, General, from the Lebanese University - Faculty of Sciences. This degree was obtained from 2002 to 2003.

Prior to their Master's degree, Maya Ziadeh completed their Bachelor's degree in Biology, General, from the Lebanese University - Faculty of Sciences. This degree was earned from 1999 to 2002.

Maya Ziadeh has also acquired several certifications. These include:

- Certified Compliance Officer workshop from Febelfin Academy, obtained in March 2023.

- Certified Compliance Officer- Theoretical exam certificate from Febelfin Academy, obtained in March 2023.
