Graziano Crema

Graziano Crema serves as the Global Head of Quality Assurance - Compliance at UniCredit since February 2022, overseeing the implementation of the Quality Assurance Programme for Compliance Risks across various domains, including Anti Financial Crime and Market Integrity. Previously, Graziano held multiple senior roles at BBVA from April 2008 to January 2022, including Global Head of Compliance for Digital Business and Global Head of Regulation for the Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) sector, where responsibilities included regulatory analysis and strategic responses to global compliance challenges. Graziano's earlier experience includes positions at RBS, TD Securities, and Banca Commerciale Italiana, alongside a tenure as a Lecturer in Finance at Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi. Born in 1995, Graziano earned a degree in International Finance from Università Bocconi.
